At its inception, the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS) is recognized as a permanent body called the Majlis Agama Islam and Malay Customs Selangor.
It was established under section 5, of the Administration of Muslim Law Act 1952 (Act No. 3 of 1952).
Applications are invite from Qualified Malaysians to fill job vacant positions in the Lembaga Zakat Selangor (MAIS) as:
1. Tukang Masak Baitul Mawaddah
2. Pengurus Baitul Hasanah
3. Jururawat
