- Improve the Beautifcation and Cleanliness of the Council’s Jurisdiction
- Improve the Council’s Ability to Plan and Execute Socio-Economic Development Programs
- Capture the Commitment of the Community in taaking part in the Development Programs organized and implemented by the council.
