Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission is a federal statutory body established by an Act of Parliament, under Section 3 of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission Act 2009 [Act 700] which was gazetted on 3 September 2009. The Act 700 was enacted on 1 April 2011.
