Perbadanan Perwira Niaga Malaysia (PERNAMA) was established to provide the best possible service to the citizens of the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) former members and volunteers of ATM with the provision of retail outlets across the country at affordable prices under control based on management excellence and competence and is concerned about the needs of the environment.
Perbadanan Perwira Niaga Malaysia (PERNAMA) is a wholly-owned corporation Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT). It was established under the provisions of Section 23 of the Akta Tabung Angkatan Tentera 1973 to carry on the business activities of retail sales, distribution, wholesale, import-export, lease-purchase of goods and also providing management services. PERNAMA was established on July 7, 1983 by the Armed Forces Fund Board Order 1983.
PERNAMA has fully taken over the operation of retail businessmen NAAFI (Navy, Army and Air Force Institute) since July 1983, when it has a network of 35 stores. Since getting government permission govern business in ATM camp in 2000, until December 2010 PERNAMA operates 69 stores PERNAMA, 17 Lamaniaga PERNAMA, 13 Mini Lamaniaga and 561 retail lots.
