PERTAM which is one of the agencies under the Melaka State Government formed on Customary Land Enactment No Malacca . 1 of 1991 to develop custom lands in Malacca especially Bumiputera . Now PERTAM along the State Government to perform the functions and responsibilities towards Melaka Maju Phase 2 of the State of Malacca as a developed state in the continuation of a vision toward 2020.
Accordingly, PERTAM has developed and run development projects to achieve the Government's objective of Malacca. PERTAM devoted to various activities such as the sale offer plots of land , houses, shop houses , apartment , apartment for property development in partnership with private developers , landlords or self-financing project .
Now PERTAM is developing a new city known as Jasin Smart City in the Jasin District . With an integrated development comprising bungalow lots , supermarket , shop houses, affordable homes and apartments.
Applications are invite from qualified Malaysians to fill job vacant positions in UMW Perbadanan Kemajuan Tanah Adat Melaka (PERTAM)as:
1. Penolong Jurutera (Mekanikal & Elektrikal)
2. Pembantu Tadbir (Kewangan)
