• To strengthen and improve MDKL’s revenue sources with an efficient financial management.
• To strengthen district council management and services for the well being of MDKL member.
• To empower the governance of MDKL in improving service delivery.
• To promote urban and rural development in strengthening the socio-economic development and welfare of the community.
• To strengthen the development of human capital in creating a community of excellence.
