About Majlis Daerah Yong Peng (MDYP)
Mission
• To plan, manage and regulate as well as deliver services efficiently and effectively to improve the quality of life of the community.
• To identify the course of direction by establishing strategic and realistic policies and development planning.
• To create a strong organisation and adequate human resources, well-trained and responsive to the needs of the people.
• To foster greater and intelligent collaboration with partners and clients, including cultivating the awareness value that "PUBLIC FACILITIES AND ENVIRONMENT IS A SHARED PROPERTY AND RESPONSIBILITY".
Vision
To make the Yong Peng District Council area a commercial environment and harmonious residential, cheerfully prosperous by 2015.
