State Library Sembilan or PPANS is a government agency whose function Negeri Sembilan is the primary care resource center (library) in all Negeri Sembilan. PPANS constituted by the State Public Library Corporation Enactment nine Bills. 6 and in 1974 enacted in 1978. PPANS is administered by a Board of Directors, chaired by the State Secretary Sembilan Darul Especially as enshrined in the Act.
